Service Requests

Track the status of your service requests you created through six stages:

  • Pending: Shows up immediately after service-request is created. Awaiting manager approval. Managers assess fund availability and prioritize requests.

  • Accepted/Rejected: Managers either approve or decline pending requests. Rejected requests are closed to further action. For Accepted requests, funds are reserved to be distributed when treatment is completed.

  • Treated: When you complete the (Accepted) treatment, you have to change status of request to 'Treated' and, upload necessary documents for verification by Intrifund Manager.

  • Approved: Managers verify treated request documents. If satisfactory, the status is updated to approved.

  • Paid: Senior managers process payments for approved requests.
